Eatos’ primary focus is acquiring investments across the UK, with an emphasis on opportunities in London. Leveraging its extensive experience in real estate acquisition and asset management, Eatos implements value-add strategies through proactive, hands-on management to enhance both income and capital value. The company’s acquisition strategy targets commercial properties as well as residential and mixed-use developments with strong potential for repositioning and long-term growth.

    Ofer Luzon

    Managed the construction and development arm of Labtech Investments Ltd, Where Ofer delivered over 1m sq ft. from planning to construction. Ofer oversaw construction budgets exceeding £500m with an overall value of £3 billion. Since 2020, Ofer has acquired, asset managed, developed and stabilised over 20 buildings.

    Uri Segal

    With a strong background in finance and business management, Uri’s expertise spans business strategy, operations, and real estate joint ventures. Using this experience and strong investor relationships to drive value. Before Eatos, Uri founded Workshop, a co-working brand that operated in both Israel and the UK, where he honed his skills in building and managing dynamic environments. 

  • Amir Yerushalmi

    Amir Yerushalmi

    Founder & CEO Vision RE Group Holdings. Co-founder of Gaia and Zoia Real Estate groups. Acquired and managed over 20,000 multifamily apartments in the US and over 45 buildings in Europe. Over $4 billion worth direct transactions in U.S. and Europe. Amir has MBAs from both London Business School and Columbia Business School. 

  • Oliver Kaufman

    Oliver Kaufman

    As a Director in the investment team at Angermann Goddard & Loyd, Oliver built a strong base of UK and overseas clients, acquiring properties across all commercial sectors in the UK and Germany. Moving to co-own Fairacre in 2007 Oliver has acquired, asset-managed and sold over £750m of assets within Joint Ventures, for third-party clients and banks over the last 20 years.
